PALM READING GUIDE
The marriage line in palm reading: meaning, count and timing
The marriage line (also called the relationship or affection line) is the short horizontal line on the edge of your palm, below the little finger and above the heart line. It is one of the most searched palm lines and one of the most misread, mostly because it is small and easy to miss in a photo.

Where to find it
Make a loose fist and look at the outer edge of your hand under the little finger. The marriage lines are the short horizontal creases between the base of the little finger and the end of the heart line.
They often start on the side of the hand and wrap slightly onto the palm, which is why a straight-on photo of the palm can miss them.
One, two or several marriage lines
One clear line is traditionally read as one deep, long-lasting relationship. Two or more lines are read as several significant relationships or strong bonds — not necessarily several marriages.
When one line is clearly longer and deeper than the others, palmists read that one as the most important relationship.
No marriage line or a very faint one
A missing or faint line does not mean you won't marry. Many married people have faint marriage lines. Palmistry usually reads it as someone who doesn't put relationships at the centre of life right now, or who takes time to commit.
First make sure it is really missing: look at the side of your hand in good light, not just a flat photo of the palm.
How palmists estimate timing
The space between the heart line and the base of the little finger is treated as a rough timeline. A line close to the heart line is read as an earlier relationship; a line closer to the finger as a later one. The middle is often read as around the late twenties to early thirties.
Treat this as a tradition, not a forecast. Even palmists disagree on the exact scale, and none of it is evidence about when anyone will marry.
Shapes that palmists talk about
A line that curves up toward the little finger is traditionally read as someone who may stay independent; one that dips toward the heart line as strong emotional involvement. A fork at the end is read as distance growing in a relationship, and a clear, straight line as stability.
These are interpretations from the palmistry tradition — interesting for reflection, not facts about your relationships.
How to photograph the marriage line
Turn your hand slightly so the edge under the little finger faces the camera, use bright even light, and get close enough that the area fills a good part of the frame. Without that, an AI reader (or a human) may simply not see it.
FAQ
Do two marriage lines mean two marriages?
Not necessarily. Palmistry reads them as two significant relationships or bonds. Many people with two lines marry once.
I'm married but have no marriage line. Why?
The line is small and often only visible on the side of the hand. Even when it is truly faint, palmistry doesn't treat it as a record of actual marriages.
Which hand should I check for the marriage line?
Check both. The dominant hand is read as your current relationships, the other as your natural attitude to love.
